Publishing a work
From upload to listed, step by step.
Open app.orynt.fun/create, connect the wallet that holds the Orynt token, and fill the form. One transaction later the work is on the wall and on the marketplaces.
What happens when you click Publish
- You sign a message, not a transaction:
Orynt: publish "<title>" as an NFT from <wallet>with a timestamp. It proves the wallet is yours and expires after ten minutes. Nothing is spent. - Orynt checks the gate: the wallet holds at least the minimum of the Orynt token on Robinhood Chain, and has not reached the per-wallet limit.
- The image is pinned to IPFS, then a metadata file (name, description, image, creator) is pinned next to it. The metadata URI becomes the token's
tokenURI. - The token is minted on Base to your address by Orynt's publisher key. The contract records you as the creator forever and sets the royalty to your address.
- It appears on Orynt Discover immediately and on the marketplaces as their indexers pick up the mint, usually within minutes.
Limits and formats
| Image | PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 8 MB. One image per work. Square images show best in the cards. |
| Title | 1 to 80 characters. This is the NFT's name everywhere. |
| Description | Optional, up to 1000 characters. Shown on the work page and in marketplace listings. |
| Works per wallet | 3 to start, so the wall stays curated. The limit is read from the contract (worksOf) at publish time. |
| Cost | Nothing. Orynt pays the Base gas. You only sign. |
After publishing
The work page lists every place it is listed with a direct link, plus Share, Copy link, the image and the metadata on IPFS. Portfolio shows all your works, created and owned. To sell, open any marketplace link and list from your wallet; Orynt is not a marketplace and takes no fee on sales.
